Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU/UK/South Korea). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.

No hate speech, harassment, threats, child sexual content, violent threats, spam, malware, or content that infringes others' intellectual property. See our Community Guidelines.

We may remove content or suspend / terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

You own your content. To operate the service (sync, display, backup, generate reviews) you grant us a limited, revocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate Airmauve and share with the audience you choose.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and accept liability for related disputes.

Airmauve provides comment reporting, user blocking, and content hiding. We commit to reviewing reports within 24 hours and taking action against violating content (removal, account suspension). Reported users may appeal.

Airmauve offers Trace (free), Story+, and Odyssey. Paid tiers are sold through Apple App Store In-App Purchase.

• Subscriptions auto-renew 24 hours before expiry unless cancelled in Apple ID settings.
• Refunds follow Apple's policy — request via support.apple.com. Airmauve cannot directly issue IAP refunds.
• After cancellation, you keep paid features until the end of the current period.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app. You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account).

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. The Taipei District Court has first-instance jurisdiction.
