Privacy Policy

• Account: email, name, username, avatar, bio, locale, subscription tier.
• Third-party sign-in: only email and display name from Google / Apple. With Apple, you can choose to hide your email — we receive an Apple relay address.
• Content: events, comments, reactions, photos, reminders, countdowns.
• Location: city-level only, derived via Open-Meteo / Nominatim. We do not store GPS coordinates.
• Device: APNs token, iOS / app version (used for push).
• Logs: IP, user agent, timestamps (abuse detection and rate limiting).

• Provide and maintain the service, sync timeline and notifications.
• Send the emails you opted into (reactions, reminders, weekly digest); you can turn each one off in settings.
• Detect abuse, spam, unauthorised access.
• Comply with legal obligations.

• Sentry — error tracking (PII scrubbed).
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage stats.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Cloudflare R2 — photo storage.
• Anthropic Claude — when you generate AI review or annual narrative, your event titles and descriptions are sent to Anthropic's API (not used to train models).
• Apple APNs / Google APIs — push and third-party sign-in.

We do not sell your personal data.

• Access / correct: edit your profile at /settings.
• Download: export JSON at /account/privacy (CSV on Odyssey).
• Delete: in the iOS app Settings → Delete Account, or at /account/privacy. Soft-deleted for 30 days, then permanently removed.
• Notification opt-out: per-channel toggles in /settings.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. After deletion, content is permanently removed 30 days later. Email logs and payment receipts may be retained as required by law (up to 7 years).

Airmauve is not directed at children under 13. If we learn of an underage account, we will remove it.
