regulated utilities 估值模型完成

花了一個月把一套可重複用的 regulated utilities DCF 模型搭起來,把 RAB、allowed return、tariff reset 全參數化。以後覆蓋同類股直接套，省下大把時間。head of research 看完說要拿去當 team template。工具留下來比一份報告更值。
